We will provide you with a detailed services receipt that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.&nbsp; Patients with a PPO insurance carriers report reimbursements that range from 40 &ndash; 80%, depending on the carrier.&nbsp; It is your responsibility to file for reimbursement, but we will provide you any assistance we can to aid reimbursement. </p> <p>For psychoeducational or psychological evaluations, a 50% deposit is required at the initiation of testing, with the remainder due at the feedback sessions.&nbsp;
