Appointments
Appointments are available Monday through Friday, with some evening appointments available. We understand that people have busy lives and will try to accommodate your schedule as much as possible.
Insurance and Payment Information
BHA does not participate in any managed care health plans, and full payment for services is expected at the conclusion of each session. We will provide you with a detailed services receipt that you can submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Patients with a PPO insurance carriers report reimbursements that range from 40 – 80%, depending on the carrier. It is your responsibility to file for reimbursement, but we will provide you any assistance we can to aid reimbursement.
For psychoeducational or psychological evaluations, a 50% deposit is required at the initiation of testing, with the remainder due at the feedback sessions.
